This notice explains how information sent through the private online assessment is handled. The form is for an initial enquiry and is not an emergency or diagnostic service.
Information collected
We collect the details you choose to provide: your name, country or region, age range, aesthetic concerns, treatment interests, timing, budget range, previous-treatment context, preferred contact details, optional email and message. The form also records submission time and source page for service security. We also collect whether you are able to travel to China for surgery, to help coordinate your consultation and travel plans.
How it is used
The information is used to review your enquiry, understand your goals, contact you through your selected channel, coordinate a consultation and improve enquiry handling. It is not used to guarantee suitability or a result; clinical recommendations require a medical consultation.
Storage, notifications and care-team follow-up
Your enquiry is saved in the website database. When the relevant integrations are enabled, a copy is sent to the designated private Feishu group or Telegram chat and to the internal sales and care-coordination system for assignment and follow-up. These are separate copies, not public posts. Access is intended for authorised care, sales-coordination and system-support personnel. To request access, correction or deletion, use the privacy contact below and quote your enquiry reference. Ask the team to confirm the handling of copies in each system; identity checks and applicable retention duties may affect deletion. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity-document numbers through this form.
Sharing and retention
Access should be limited to authorised clinic and care-coordination personnel, plus service providers needed to host the website and deliver configured notifications. Information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, coordinate care and meet applicable legal or operational requirements.
Your choices
You may ask the care team to correct or delete your enquiry by replying through the same contact channel used for your consultation. Requests may be subject to identity verification and applicable legal retention duties.
International enquiries
Because the website serves international visitors and its service providers may operate across regions, submitted information may be processed outside your country. By submitting the form, you consent to this handling for the purpose described above.
